~  Private and group instruction through our PGA staff is
   available daily
~  Open to daily fee play
~  Restaurant room, catering, bar service and beverage cart

Note that Woodforest Golf Club does not overseed. The ensures year round consistency of greens with no transition periods.

Drainage: Course drainage is excellent. When many other courses are "cart path only", Woodforest is 90 degrees.

A Baton Rouge native and graduate of Louisiana State University, Tom is a Lifetime Member of the PGA. Inducted into the Gulf States PGA "Hall of Fame" 2002; PGA Quarter Century Club; LSU Varsity Golf Coach; coached 35 state and national Champions; former students include seven PGA or LPGA members. Tom was founder of the Baton Rouge Junior Inter-Club Association and the Louisana Junior Golf Association.
