  Turf: Greens -- Tif Eagle, Tees & Fairways 419 Bermuda. Note that Woodforest Golf
  Club does not overseed. The ensures year round consistency of greens with no
  transition periods.
  
  Drainage: Course drainage is excellent. When many other courses are "cart path only",
  Woodforest is 90 degrees.
